Support Email Tags
You can edit your Support email templates at Settings > Company > Email Templates > Support Emails.

[DEPARTMENT] | Department Ticket is assigned too. |
[CLIENTNAME] | Client's first and last name. |
[CLIENTEMAIL] | Client's Email. |
[CLIENTNUMBER] | Client ID Number. |
[ORGANIZATION] | Client's Organization. |
[COMPANYNAME] | Company name. |
[COMPANYADDRESS] | Company address. |
[SUPPORTEMAIL] | E-mail to support staff. |
