Support Email Tags

You can edit your Support email templates at Settings **> **Company **> **Email Templates > Support Emails.



You can use the following tags when creating or editing a support email:

[TICKETNUMBER]

The support ticket number.

[DESCRIPTION]

Support ticket description.

[TICKETURL]

Url to the Support Ticket.

[TICKETSUBJECT]

Subject of Support Ticket.

[TICKETTYPE]

Type of Support Ticket.

[DEPARTMENT]

Department Ticket is assigned too.

[CLIENTNAME]

Client's first and last name.

[CLIENTEMAIL]

Client's Email.

[CLIENTNUMBER]

Client ID Number.

[ORGANIZATION]

Client's Organization.

[COMPANYNAME]

Company name.

[COMPANYADDRESS]

Company address.

[SUPPORTEMAIL]

E-mail to support staff.

[CLIENTAPPLICATIONURL]

URL to Clientexec.

[FORGOTPASSWORDURL]

URL to retrieve forgotten password.

[COMPANYURL]

URL to your web site.
