Support Email Tags

You can edit your Support email templates at Settings > Company > Email Templates > Support Emails.



You can use the following tags when creating or editing a support email:

Tag Description
[TICKETNUMBER]The support ticket number.
[DESCRIPTION]Support ticket description.
[TICKETURL]Url to the Support Ticket.
[TICKETSUBJECT]Subject of Support Ticket.
[TICKETTYPE]Type of Support Ticket.
[DEPARTMENT]Department Ticket is assigned too.
[CLIENTNAME]Client's first and last name.
[CLIENTEMAIL]Client's Email.
[CLIENTNUMBER]Client ID Number.
[ORGANIZATION]Client's Organization.
[COMPANYNAME]Company name.
[COMPANYADDRESS]Company address.
[SUPPORTEMAIL]E-mail to support staff.
[CLIENTAPPLICATIONURL]URL to Clientexec.
[FORGOTPASSWORDURL]URL to retrieve forgotten password.
[COMPANYURL]URL to your web site.
