Auto Terminate Packages and Services
To auto terminate services in Clientexec (example would be to terminate a services for non-payment) follow these steps:
First ensure you set up the cron job on your cPanel, Directadmin or other panel. You can find those details here.
Next, go to Settings > Plugins > Automation Services and in the dropdown select Auto Terminate.

Select Yes for enabled in order to activate this feature. And go through the other options:
The current settings for the cron will run this daily at midnight (confirm your settings with the picture:)

Click Update Settings.

Field Name | Description |
---|---|
E-mail Notifications | When a package requires manual termination you will be notified at this email address. If packages are terminated when this service is run, a summary email will be sent to this address. |
Days Overdue Before Terminating | Will only terminate packages that are this many days overdue. |
