Allowing guests access to Knowledgebase

By default, guests will not have access to view the Knowledgebase.

To enable this access for your guests you would go to Settings > Users > Client Groups > Guest (system) > Edit Permissions > Knowledgebase Permissions
Click on the enable button, then you will be presented with other options which you can also allow your guests to View An Article, View A Category and Post Comments - (To ensure that your guests can view the articles, also enable the View An Article option.)
Once done, click the Update Permissions button.
