Affiliate Email Tags

You can edit your Affiliate email templates at Settings > Company > Email Templates > Affiliate Emails.



You can use the following tags when creating or editing an affiliate email:

Tag	Description
[AMOUNT]	Amount of commission.
[PAYOUTDAYS]	number of days till commission matures for payout.
[MINPAYOUTAMOUNT]	Minimum Payout amount until Client can withdrawal their commission.
[AFFLINK]	Client's Affiliate link.
[DEFAULTCOMMISSIONAMOUNT]	Default Affiliate Commission amount.
[CLIENTNAME]	Both first and last name.
[CLIENTEMAIL]	Client's Email.
[CLIENTNUMBER]	Client ID Number.
[ORGANIZATION]	Client's Organization.
[COMPANYNAME]	Company name.
[COMPANYADDRESS]	Company address.
[SUPPORTEMAIL]	E-mail to support staff.
[CLIENTAPPLICATIONURL]	URL to Clientexec.
[FORGOTPASSWORDURL]	URL to retrieve forgotten password.
[COMPANYURL]	URL to your web site.
