Understanding Client Groups and User Roles

Client Groups in Clientexec allow you to assign different permissions to your Clients. (For example, Priority Clients can be given access to view your Priority Support Department).

To view, edit and create new Client Groups (user roles) navigate to Settings > Users > Client Groups.

Now, lets take a look at the existing Client Groups:



Guest - Guest have limited access. By default they are able to place new orders and submit tickets to any support department guests have access too.

Registered Customers - Registered customers are able to login and make changes to their account. They also have access to invoices, past orders and any features you set to Registered only users such as extra support departments and knowledgebase articles.
