Client Social Sharing
Clientexec features a Social Sharing option that allows your Clients to send out a tweet on Twitter when they make a purchase from your account or on Ticket feedback. They can also make a Facebook post when making a purchase.
To find these settings go to Settings > Company > Social Sharing.

Options:
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Show Twitter Button | this will allow the Twitter button to appear on your Clientexec when your Client is checking out. |
Default Tweet | this is the sample tweet your client can use after making a purchase. Sample: 'I've just made a purchase here!' |
Show Twitter Button on Excellent Feedback | this will show your Client a twitter button when they rate a Support Ticket as Excellent. |
Default Feedback Tweet | you can set the sample tweet your Client will make when leaving Excellent feedback. Sample: 'Thank you so much for an excellent support experience'. |
Show Facebook Button | this will allow the Facebook button to appear on your Clientexec when your Client is checking out. |
Facebook App ID | This is your Facebook App ID, To get a Facebook APP ID, go to Facebook's developers page, select Create New App, and fill in the information. |
