Client Social Sharing

Clientexec features a Social Sharing option that allows your Clients to send out a tweet on Twitter when they make a purchase from your account or on Ticket feedback. They can also make a Facebook post when making a purchase.

To find these settings go to Settings > Company > Social Sharing.



Options:


Field Name Description
Show Twitter Buttonthis will allow the Twitter button to appear on your Clientexec when your Client is checking out.
Default Tweetthis is the sample tweet your client can use after making a purchase. Sample: 'I've just made a purchase here!'
Show Twitter Button on Excellent Feedbackthis will show your Client a twitter button when they rate a Support Ticket as Excellent.
Default Feedback Tweetyou can set the sample tweet your Client will make when leaving Excellent feedback. Sample: 'Thank you so much for an excellent support experience'.
Show Facebook Buttonthis will allow the Facebook button to appear on your Clientexec when your Client is checking out.
Facebook App IDThis is your Facebook App ID, To get a Facebook APP ID, go to Facebook's developers page, select Create New App, and fill in the information.
