Adding a profile picture
ClientExec utilizes a service called Gravatar which allows you to upload a profile picture on your ClientExec account.
In order to set up your profile picture, please follow these steps.
Why are you using Gravatar instead of using your own upload script?
Gravatar is the #1 utilized profile image service. Many websites incorporate Gravatar technology which will result in you not having to upload a profile image for each website you become a member of.
Where will this profile picture appear?
- It will appear on the active customer panel.
- It will appear both on the staff and client view of the tickets.
