Report Chargebacks To MaxMind

Reporting transactions as chargebacks to MaxMind helps them to detect about 10-50% more fraud and reduce false positives for you.

If you are using MaxMind and want to report chargebacks made by your Clients to MaxMind follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Plugins > Snapins.
2. In the dropdown select Report Chargebacks To MaxMind.
3. Enable by Selecting Yes.
4. Enter your MaxMind Account ID and MaxMind License Key in the provided inputs. (You can obtain a license at https://www.maxmind.com/en/solutions/minfraud-services)
5. Click Update Settings.
