Automatically Notify Clients of Expiring Credit Cards
This option, when enabled, will notify customers if their credit cards are expiring. When run it will E-mail customers with a credit card expiring that month and generate a ticket for credit cards expired in the previous month.
NOTE: This service is intended to run only once per month.
First ensure you set up the cron job on your cPanel, Directadmin or other panel. You can find those details here.
Next, go to Settings > Plugins > Automation Services and in the dropdown select Expiring CC Notifier.
Select Yes for enabled in order to activate this feature. And go through the other options:
The current settings for the cron will run this at midnight on the first of the month (confirm your settings with the picture:)
Click Update Settings.

Delete Expired CC | Delete expired credit card if there are no recurring charges and no unpaid invoices. |
Generate Ticket Upon Expiration | Generates a ticket in the customers account when their credit card expires. Useful for allowing administrators to follow up on the expired credit card. |
