How to Add Your Custom Logo to Clientexec

You can personalize your Clientexec installation by adding your company’s logo to the client portal. Follow these simple steps:

📤 Step-by-Step Instructions

Upload your logo (you can upload to your site using ftp or file manager).
in Clientexec admin go to Settings **> **Company **> **Customize HTML
Enter the url to where your logo is located in the box under Custom Logo for Client Portal
Scroll down and click the Update Settings button.

Note: The logo height should be 38px.

To add your logo to PDF invoices:

Upload a .jpg or .png version of your logo via FTP to one of the following paths:

/images/invoicelogo.jpg  
/images/invoicelogo.png

✅ Tip: Only one version is needed — either .jpg or .png

Once uploaded, Clientexec will automatically include it in all generated PDF invoices.
