How To Attach PDF When Mailing Invoices

If you want to ensure that PDF invoices as sent an attachment when sending invoice emails you need to go to Settings > Billing > General.

Scroll down to Attach PDF When Mailing Invoice.
Select YES.
The click Update Settings.
