The Purchase Routine has two templates:

Standard Purchase Routine - This will result in the checkout processing being routine, and it will go through necessary transaction steps which will result in the checkout process being standardized and not one page.

The API Settings are used if you want to set up 2Checkout Refunds in your ClientExec.

As 2Checkout users cannot access both the API and Seller Area, you need to go to your 2Checkout dashboard, then click Account > User Management > Create Username and create another account, making sure to provide API Access and API Updating permissions. Put that Username in the API Username input and the Password in the API Password input.
