# System Requirements

 The following are the requirements for Clientexec:

|| Clientexec is tested  to run in Linux based environments running the Apache web server. Other environments such as Windows-based configurations may work, however, you may experience compatibility issues with which our Support Team cannot assist you with.

We do not officially support php 8.3 at this time for version 6.x, however if you encounter any issues installing or updating to CE 6.8.0 please make sure your ioncube is updated to version 14.x

For CE version 7.x, PHP 8.2 and 8.3 will require loaders v14+ and PHP 8.4 will require loaders v15.
