# Report Chargebacks To MaxMind

Reporting transactions as chargebacks to MaxMind helps them to detect about 10-50% more fraud and reduce false positives for you.

If you are using MaxMind and want to report chargebacks made by your Clients to MaxMind follow these steps:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Plugins** > **Snapins**.
2. In the dropdown select **Report Chargebacks To MaxMind**.
3. **Enable** by Selecting **Yes**.
4. Enter your **MaxMind Account ID** and **MaxMind License Key** in the provided inputs. (You can obtain a license at [https://www.maxmind.com/en/solutions/minfraud-services](https://www.maxmind.com/en/solutions/minfraud-services))
5. Click **Update Settings**.
