# local delivery failed - ERROR message

**Error:**

"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/home/domain/public_html/billing/SupportPipe.php

local delivery failed"

**Solution:**

The forwarder entry is not correct and message is not being sent to the supportpipe.php script

Alternate email forwarder entries to try:
