# Integrating Crisp Chat With Clientexec

Add [Crisp Chat](https://crisp.chat/en/) to your website and talk to your customers in real-time. The chatbox is customizable and multilingual to adapt to your store.

To integrate with Clientexec:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Plugins** > **Snapins**.
2. In the dropdown, select **Crisp LiveChat**.
3. Set **Enabled** To Yes.
4. For **Viewable by all customers** you have the option to select if all customers can view Crisp or you can go and edit which customer groups can view Crisp.
5. Enter your **Crisp Website ID**.
6. Enter your **Secret Key**.
7. Click **Update Settings**.
