# How to Add Your Custom Logo to Clientexec

You can personalize your Clientexec installation by adding your company’s logo to the client portal. Follow these simple steps:

📤 **Step-by-Step Instructions**

1. Upload your logo (you can upload to your site using ftp or file manager).
2. in Clientexec admin go to **Settings **> **Company **> **Customize HTML**
3. Enter the url to where your logo is located in the box under **Custom Logo for Client Portal**
4. Scroll down and click the Update Settings button.

|| Note:  The logo height should be 38px.

### 🧾 Add Logo to PDF Invoices

To add your logo to PDF invoices:

1. Upload a `.jpg` or `.png` version of your logo via FTP to one of the following paths:

/images/invoicelogo.jpg  
/images/invoicelogo.png
```

|| ✅ **Tip:** Only one version is needed — either `.jpg` or `.png`

Once uploaded, Clientexec will automatically include it in all generated PDF invoices.
