How do I issue a license to one of our clients?
As a trusted reseller we give you full access to manage your clients(s) Clientexec license(s).
You can start by simply login in to your reseller panel at https://www.licensedefender.com/reseller/ with the information provided in your welcome email at signup.
Once you are logged in, you can navigate to Issue license"
Once on the Issue license page you will be able to add your client's domain. Note you can add multiple domains at once if needed. Once fully filled out click on the issue button to move forward or reset to clear the page.
Success! You now have active licenses that should come up on your Issued license list.
Alternatively, if you're using Clientexec as your own billing software, you can add your login details to Setup - Snapins - Reseller Panel and enter your details and set permissions, as well as manage the license within ClientExec under Accounts - Reseller Panel.
If you do not use ClientExec we offer a Rest API to issue licenses. Help on that can be found at: https://github.com/clientexec/License-Defender-API-Examples
