# Email piping with the DirectAdmin control panel

To enable email piping of support tickets when using DirectAdmin control panel you may need to use the following examples:

1. Forwarder entry:

||| "|/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/USERNAME/domains/SOMEDOMAIN.COM/public\_html/members/SupportPipe.php"

2. Add the following line to SupportPipe.php on line 11:
