Crontab is not available in your system or you don't have permissions to use it

If you receive:

NOTICE: Crontab is not available in your system or you don't have permission to use it.

Try looking, or having your host look in the /etc/cron.deny file for the user nobody and remove it.

This is a possible cure for the above error.
