Can I Resell Licenses To Non-Clients?

Resellers can only issue licenses to domains owned by internal customers. Internal customers are defined as customers whom you provide a dedicated server or a reseller account. You can not provide a license to a domain your customer is going to resell or give away. You can not provide Clientexec licenses as a hosted only service. Meaning you can not provide a hosting service where you provide nothing other then Clientexec licenses.

Clientexec can not be included in a bundle where the cost of Clientexec is more than the cost of the hosting account. For Pay As You Go Resellers, the minimum monthly commitment is $12.00 per month, even if the reseller has 0 allocated licenses.
