What is the Reseller Program?

Clientexec partners with many web hosting providers to provide their reseller clients with a license for our automated billing and support software.

There are several ways for you to offer this license to their client, but it must be bundled with a hosting package, and not offered as a standalone product. If you'd like more information about our reseller program, please contact us today!

Can I resell licenses to anyone?

The reseller agreement allows you to sell/provide Clientexec to your hosting/dedi/vps clients. You may choose to provide the service at no cost as a value added service or as a paid upgrade to your existing plans.

How can my clients get support for Clientexec?

We want to make our partnership with you as easy as possible, so we don't expect you to instantly become experts on Clientexec. When your client needs help with Clientexec, we're ready to help them with our Lite support plan which includes access on our forum and in our support center. If your clients need an upgraded support package, we also offer those at very affordable rates.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes! You can always upgrade your plan. Simply open a sales ticket by emailing [email protected] and let us know what you want to upgrade to.

How am I billed?

Bulk Licenses are purchased in bulk and paid for on a monthly basis.

Pay As You Go will be billed every 30 days for the amount of active licenses that you have. If you have 0 active licenses, a monthly minimum charge of $12 will apply.

Is there an API?

In an attempt to make allocation as easy as possible, we have introduced a REST API allowing you to integrate license allocation anywhere in your process flow. You can also manage your licenses directly from your own Clientexec with our "**Reseller Panel**" snapin.

How do I allocate licenses?

With Clientexec, we don't like to fumble around with a license key so we've made it into an easier process with authorizing the domain name to have Clientexec installed on it. You will need to authorize the domain name through our easy to use LicenseDefender system via our REST API or your own CE installation. For more details, please take a look at this article.
